Sovereignty is the spiritual, lawful and moral issue at the heart of our awakening and ascension process. It is the primary reason for all war and lower consciousness tactics to maintain the broken and failing status quo, for a sovereign people can never be controlled and are very difficult to coerce into crime for their diligence and vigilance.
While the self defeatist would project their own lower consciousness onto this term and label it a separatist pursuit, the more enlightened among us more accurately define it as accepting responsibility for our own self empowerment and self realization.
To this end, sovereigns are above civil statute legality because no one can ever prove we are an agent or employee of the federal government, mostly because of applying the Uniform Commercial Code to our life.
I have personally experienced the grace for accepting a lifestyle that denounces property and ownership in lue for the much more enlightened understanding of living things and stewardship.

As an example of how this has worked in my own life, I stiffed several banks for $25000 on credit cards by simply claiming my sovereignty and demanding they prove their claims.
By claiming my sovereignty, I mean I questioned their claim to legal authority and they were unable to validate their claim. Legal jurisdiction only applies to employees andor agents of the corporate government. When they asked me about the driver's license with my picture on it, I told them it was not my property as it is clearly marked with the GOVT OF AB sticker and is therefore their property; then I told them that I am not a corporation, nor had I ever honourably lawfully accepted any degree of responsibility for the strawman corporation floated for me upon my birth registration by the corp govt; then I told them that I am a sovereign resident of Earth living by the Universal Divine Law of One, which precedes and supercedes any and all man made law, including corp govt statute legality.
By this declaration, they knew they would have to prosecute me in a common law court, where they knew I would destroy their case by asking the simple questions as follows.
Since they were claiming I owed them money, I told them I am an honourable man who pays his honourable debts, and if they could prove they had accumulated a debt I would pay them, so they should be able to prove a debt was accumulated by their accounting balance sheets which I demanded they produce.
Then they said I had signed a contract and was obligated to perform. I reminded them that the Uniform Commercial Code clearly states that a unilateral contract (with only one [party]) signature on it is unlawful because there is no bond formed by a unilateral contract. So I demanded they produce the original wet ink contract I signed that has at least two human signatures on it.
Lastly, I reminded them of another part of the UCC that reveals the true nature of that contract to be a paper asset which can be sold on the free market, and demanded they prove that they had not already sold that asset.
I succeeded in defending my honour simply by offering my personal testimony and asking the right questions to leave no question that their claims are bullshit.
Their contract is not bonding, because they are too cowardly to sign a fraudulent contract that is not a contract at all but a trick to get you to hand them the asset they monetize for your 'loan'. That's right, you GIVE THEM, as in charitably donate to them the paper asset they monetize for your 'loan', and that is why they cannot prove they ever went in debt for your 'loan', because they never did. Ever.
And then on top of that, they already get paid the second you hand them that paper asset, so there is no loan ever because they take zero risk and put forth zero of their own assets. The only service they provide is monetizing paper assets, and they charge more for that service than any other service would ever dream of charging. Is turning paper into debt currency really worth what we are paying the bankers?
It is no wonder the entire rest of the world is protesting. This system NEEDS TO BE FIXED because the people reaping the profits from this fraudulent criminal practice are NOT using those profits to help humanity and thus their criminal responsibility does partially fall onto the people who support this system by their ignorance or complacency.
And the worst part of it is that most politicians turn a blind eye to it because that is what they are paid to do. Ron Paul is the most brilliant exception and just like he said, the FED RESERVE has bailed out the world over the last ten years to the tune of $16 TRILLION above the $2T in 2008 (revealed in their recent audit). Our politicians are throwing our money down into a black hole of oblivion by continuing to borrow from and pay interest to the International Bank of Settlements, because my example above is how they do business.
I am far from the only one who has given the banks their own medicine. Robert Menard, Winston Shrout, Jack Smith are three names I can drop right now and there are many others.
