It is a very oily fish. I use to love cod tongues and fish & brewis. Cod's heads soup isn't too bad. As I said, we were weaned on the stuff.

Asian carp sounds like crap. Hopefully someone can think of a way to keep codfish alive in fish farms. It's an expensive undertaking and you can have your stock wiped out by disease overnight. My uncle lost his shirt to such a venture and shortly after died of a drug overdose.
