the UN will end up on the other side of the United States, no way they will ever get the United Nations to go along with this... something tells me the true target is Syria, and not Iran.

Syria is an achievable goal in my opinion.. Iran may be attacked, but they want to finally take a piece away from the 'other side'.

ZERO NEWS about Syria for a while now.. last I heard, we were sending in covert forces, etc.. i did see the rebel areas in the east being attacked with real weapons of war, tanks, fighter planes, etc..

Taking Syria is really the conclusion of the war with Iraq, being that both power structures were basically the same, both being made up of the Sunni Baath party.

I don't usually buy into many of the "DOOM" scenarios that are on this forum every day.
However...

The way things are aligning right now makes me very nervous.
1. Arabs attacking US embassies.
2. China having protests against Japan for some Islands
3. Israel getting ready (probably within weeks) to attack Iran's Nuke facilities.
4. Major UN exercise taking place in the Gulf.
5. USA attempting to placate militant Arabs.
6. All countries are experiencing economical troubles.

All this needs is a match.

The match maybe Israel attacking Iran's Nuke facilities.

or it might be 'imaginary terrorists from Syria used CHEMICAL WEAPONS in a mass doom false flag terror attack' on 'big satan' and lil 'satan'??

the same chemical weapons that were sold to Iraq, then according to Main Stream Media were transported to SYRIA, explaining away the obvious awkwardness of invading a country for the reason of WMD, and finding none.

These yearly NATO naval maneuvers have been planned for awhile. The timing is just coincidental (as if).

The ships amassed is quite impressive:

The multinational naval force in the Gulf includes three U.S. Nimitz class carrier groups ... The carriers are supported by at least 12 warships, including ballistic missile cruisers, frigates, destroyers, and assault ships carrying thousands of U.S. Marines and special forces.

Some could say this an invasion fleet. However this could just be gunboat diplomacy 21st century style.

Iran sure thinks there's more going on than an exercise. And they responded in kind. This is actually the 1st time I've heard of this annual exercise. And why not wear the UN flag? Why try to sell this off as anything but a UN endeavor which is exactly what it is? It's a government power play in the name of safety and we foot the bill.
