You need to calm down, first of all. This life is an illusion. Do you not realize your physical death is a fact?

Energy is powerful in that you can reverberate the energy and force it onto others or let it flow. On a side note GRBs are increasing(gamma ray burst), these can be game changers and they are supposed to diminish during a solar max, which we're in, but thet aren't they are now popping up daily!!!!!!!!
