U.N. Small Arms Treaty Passes – What Is Next?

The day a UN resolution overrules the US constitution is the day that rebellion breaks out in the USA.

I know myself and millions of other people will NEVER give up their guns.

They want to push us unto a revolt so they can lock down...the only thing they are prepared to do is use force. They are hitting the bee's nest too hard, but they want an excuse to go full out police state. THESE ELITE ASSHOLES ARE RUINING THEIR OWN WORLD, SO STUPID, REGRESSIVE, AND JUVENILE. SO UNNECESSARY.

The Constitution provides that the president "shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur" (Article II, section 2). The Constitution's framers gave the Senate a share of the treaty power in order to give the president the benefit of the Senate's advice and counsel, check presidential power, and safeguard the sovereignty of the states by giving each state an equal vote in the treaty making process.
