No, the 'you guys' was not related to committing rape. It is related to owning up to and acknowledging that men not dealing with their internal issues (like anger, like control issues etc) can have a real, and damaging impact on those more vulnerable. The 'you guys' was also related to those guys that post how ALL Western women are terrible (as referenced in the first sentence) without acknowledging that SOME (porn addicted etc.) men are pretty awful too.
