Cop got caught here and had NO IDEA what to say
Quoting: Philligan Happened to me in downtown Birmingham, AL about a month ago but I couldn't prove it. I had a ticket when I got back that had been there for 8 minutes and my timer expired less than 2 minutes before I got back to my car. They don't get commission. That just shows the spite for people or pleasure they get from screwing someone. Just sad.
