Very painful but the pain meds also helped me kick the caffeine addiction. My drink of choice was Throwback Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper. I have also lost 25 lbs since kicking the habit. |

I drink about 15 cups a day on a work day, about 6 before leaving home, then all day long. Been doing that for years. I need to switch to green tea. I feel really weird when I try to abstain.. dull.. flat. My doctor just told me to quit or cut back to no more than 2 cups a day because my blood pressure is becoming difficult to manage. Had to switch meds for that. It's brewing right now and ... ahh. I gotta have that java.
