He states that the designs will be used only for purposes of defending the homeland and securing its citizens, he emphasized that Russia does not want to take part in armed conflict however it has the capacity to defend itself and its allies. Quoting: Big Guns 19972412 The parade that took place outside Moscow showcased many prototypes which will be distributed in mass into service by the end of the year. The main reasons behind this weapons upgrade, as explained by Mr. Putin is to boost the moral of the armed forces and give each unit greater preparedness for an armed confrontation.
