Fake. All that way OTT BS text at the start gives it away too - it's kinda like what you would think of putting at the start to make it look authentic by making the viewer think they're watching something which is meant to be top secret, but if it was never meant to be released why put such a warning on it.

If something "needs" to blink, why would it only blink partially? Wouldn't the entire eye need the moisture provided by the blink? It is bullshit.

Its impossible to really see if its blinking completely or not, not that high quality footage. Nor do we know if the being can blink as necessary, if it needs to moisten the whole eye, maybe its blinks all the way shut.

To put it the other way, if it was fake, you would think the person making the eyes blinks would make them blink completely considering he is good enough to make such vivid and advanced graphics making a being look that real!

Id say, the whole blinking issue just gives MORE credibility to the video being authentic.
