No, I'm talking about the general hesitancy to express ourselves and the subsequent homogenizing or amelioration of our thought patterns to those deemed 'acceptable'. If no creatures are harmed or exploited in the Ideological coitus, who is to voice dissent and on what merit? And who is to voice convergence and harmony? The merit of dissent stands on its own. Individuality is expressed through the harmony of dissent.
