5) A very well armed and military trained (draft) population, no mag size limits here ;)

6) The next Rotschild castle is just a few kilometers away. The next military arms manufacturer 5 .. and investments from folks like Blackrock are flowing in.


7) No volcanos, floods, tsunamis, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricans,

9) Heating in winter is necessary .. but almost 70% of the country are woodland.

3. Rugged terrain for good hiding places (as much as you can in this age of satellites).
4. English speakers.
5. Not allied with NATO or other military organizations.
6. Lots of sheep for food.
7. Fertile land, abundant wildlife.
8. Lakes and rivers.
9. Variety of terrain and climate on the North and South Islands.
