Not stickin up for Tim turner, but the current administration has had two different people publically state their admiration for communist Chairman Mao's philosophy that political power flows from the barrel of a gun.

Tim's high minded ideals are based on the Constitution for the United States and the spirit of the Declaration of Independence that came before it. His logic fault was using words and political philosophies not adhered to by a government that has begun to adopt Chairman Mao's political philosophy.

Then how did the colonists declare their freedom from the British crown? They did so by appealing to the laws of nature and of nature's Creator. Of coarse they had to back that up with the ability to defend themselves too but that is just part of the responsibility. Tim didn't and couldn't do that by himself. Just read the opening of the Declaration of Independence. I don't feel like doing the job your 4th grade history teacher should have done today.

The NDAA is in full swing. Turner will be arrested and put away. Also, all of you tards that signed up on Turners' Restore America Plan will be getting a knock on the door from the FBI. Turner turned over the list to them.

I understood that this was about defrauding the government of taxes owed. Why would signing up for a group get you a knock on the door?

I always felt it was a TRAP, a fairy tale, except without the oddparents.

It is every American's right to a speedy trial by a jury of their peers with enough evidence against them to properly advocate said charges.

Where the problem starts is with deciding what is and isn't an act of terrorism. It is not a jury that decides in this instance, it is the government. It is likely that sovereign citizens could be detained indefinitely on suspected acts of terrorism, as could a political activist who says things not conducive to the fear controlled police state we're heading towards.

Quoting the 6th amendment to the constitution-
"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense."

Any American citizen detained indefinitely on the grounds of suspected terrorism is automatically deprived of what the 6th amendment guarantees him/her.

I recommend you do a little brushing up before spewing your bullshit into the faces of the uninformed. You're only hurting the cause.

First, Tim Turner is a cartoon character with 2 fairy godparents.

Second, even if this person was a sovereign, they likely would have to cede from the US, then negotiate a price for the land. Any transactions ( ie. buying food not grown on their property) or working would have to fall under the laws of that country. If the person lived in their own sovereign land that they purchased from the US and then paid taxes when working on US land, then good for them, but if it was just a way to avoid taxes....

the gov makes up the laws as it goes along, making "legal" anything that it needs to do its dirty business and ignoring any "old laws" that were set up to stop them and their ilk...in short, they are tyrants and foreign occupiers

therefore, any movement to oppose them is valid
