The information is solid, in fact I went through the five stages the same time this guy did.

But I have two problems with the two vids.

One, humanity is not at the top of the totem pole as far as who the controllers really are.

Two, the flicker rate he uses in the videos is awful for the subconsciousness. Flicker rate is one of the main reasons why tv/movies are so entrancing. The higher the rate, the worse it is and some of those clips were about as fast I have ever seen. So much so that I had look away during them.
