Jonny Blaze User ID: 22472711 United States 09/19/2012 01:06 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It has to be this way, Xen. The engravings translate to "This space intentionally left blank." The prayer is inscribed in an ancient script, rarely used today. It seems to be a philippic against small insects, absent-mindedness, and the picking up and dropping of small objects. The gate is open; through it you can see a desolation, with a pile of mangled bodies in one corner. Thousands of voices, lamenting some hideous fate, can be heard. The way through the gate is barred by evil spirits, who jeer at your attempts to pass. |

I just posted this on another thread. The current paradigm won't allow it. The ones at the tippy top of the materialistic pyramid are trying to bring an end to death itself, but only for their own chosen. That's a big no no. The paradox is obvious to me. Those that lust for power the most fail to understand that everything touched by death has power and everything that has power is touched by death. In essence, their definition of power is control. Not control over themselves, but control over others. Endless control over others and endless indulgence in that control. They are fighting an un-winnable battle with an unavoidable outcome. Only when they destroy themselves can there be the kind of peace you seek in the world. But on an individual level, there will always be the struggle of awareness vs death, even if the fairy tale comes true. ............. Let me add that we can only wait and feast our eyes on the world. If one feels the need to help their fellow man, then help them. But they can only be helped if they come in search of a better question. You have will. It is far from free. You have the freedom to damn yourself however you see fit. There is no such thing as free-will; never was. If you wish to live in a world without consequence, might I suggest Hell? It's the closest you'll ever get to your fabled liberty. |

You seem to be a bit combative today, perhaps a little bit angry. I wrote that. I do have a certain style of writing. I concede though that I don't know much at all. I'm not even sure who you are talking about. But whoever it is...they will do what they do. They will indulge in whatever they enjoy indulging in. They all know or should know that we only have a certain amount of time here in this life in this world. Everyone has the free will to choose to make themselves into whatever they wish. Perhaps you are talking about a group of people on GLP. Perhaps it was wrong of me to start talking about things I know nothing about. But being angry is not a solution. It is just an indulgence. Being ruthless, cunning, patient, and sweet...those tools are that one can apply to force a solution. Just my opinion though. The engravings translate to "This space intentionally left blank."
