This is propaganda, pure and simple.

Just a few months ago, there were limits on how many pounds of rice one could buy at one time, so tptb KNOW people are "prepping" and stashing rice and other foods that store well.

How to stop? Well, we COULD say it's all POISONED and people will DIE if they feed it to their families. OMG!!!! Who wants to do THAT?!?!?!?!

OMG!!!! STOP buying rice. STARVE rather than stock up on rice............

It's bogus. We've been eating the same "poisoned" rice forever. and some of us have died, and some of us are still here..........
