I find it hilarious that he went to Walmart, bought a an Acer laptop, walked into MIT and hid it in a random closet to maintain his connection to their network and yet they want to charge him with computer fraud for changing his MAC address, sue him for a millions dollars AND put him in jail.

"The government, however, has interpreted the anti-hacking provisions to include activities such as violating a website’s terms of service or a company’s computer usage policy, a position a federal appeals court in April said means “millions of unsuspecting individuals would find that they are engaging in criminal conduct.”

^This is absolutely outrageous. Every TOS I've ever read, always maintains the right that the owners of the service provided, have the right, at any time, to change the terms of a legally binding agreement that NOBODY really reads.

So, in some crazy futuristic police state, these new interpretations, will be used to DETAIN you for any reason they want.

The government is trying to make contracts between private parties criminal offenses. Wow.

I guess since the burger I got at Wendy's didn't look like the picture, I can have the cook and CEO arrested now?
