How to free ourselves from tyranny

I read an article that is the perfect explanation of my philosophy of freedom and tyranny. Question - How can so few people rule so many even in brutal ways?

Answer - People enslave themselves. It's comforting to be a part of a group (whether in thought or body) even in terrible conditions.

How can people break free of tyrants? Not through violent revolution. Only by refusing to support the tyrants. By not participating. Think about how Tibet has been such a thorn in China's side. It makes no logical sense that China cannot completely dominate and eliminate them through force. But still they exist by simply refusing to believe in China's right to rule them. Imagine if the entire world were like Tibet? Tyrants would fall all over the world if this were the case. I believe this is what happened in communist countries in the early 90s. The people finally stopped having any confidence in their rulers. But Americans felt "Fuck yeah! We beat the commies!" and then we began our descent into the tyranny that was planned all along. All because of our absurd belief in countries and mindless patriotism. Why do we actually even need countries at all? The people of the world are really only divided by one thing - are you a master or slave? Our masters have programmed us to hate other slaves so we don't hate our masters. Stop fighting with your fellow slaves! We are all in this together.

Question - What is the natural state of man?

Answer - We are born free. We are not born programmed to serve our masters. That is force taught to us from day 1 until the last day of our lives. We are taught to love our rulers no matter how brutal they are. It's like criminals who become institutionalized and are let out of prison after 30 years and they commit another crime to go back because they are more comfortable there. They were programmed to prefer imprisonment over freedom. That is not the way anyone is born.

Question - How can this change?

Answer - People must understand the lengths that our rulers have gone through to keep us from waking up and understanding what reality actually is. Many of us slaves are so programmed that we fight off anything that attacks the belief system that we were programmed with. This makes it so easy for our rulers. Just label anything a conspiracy theory and it's therefore not true in any way for 99% of the slaves. Just label someone a conspiracy theorist and he/she will be seen as a liar/crazy person for the rest of their life by 99% of the slaves.

But imagine one big lie being exposed to the masses by someone with enough proof that it cannot be labeled that way? If there's just one event - that will wake many people up. And then the question for these newly awakened people will be "What else?"

That's when the wave begins to build and cannot be reversed. I honestly believe we're right at the beginning of that wave.

The Renaissance Age began when people stopped believing in serfdom. The world is today ready for a new Renaissance Age. We need it. We deserve it. Stop fighting by arguing. Start fighting by not believing. You can start by not voting and not believing that anything can be fixed in political systems from within. They never will be fixed. Believing it can is what keeps them going.
