Any attack towards Iran will have MAJOR consequences. I know for a fact that the Iranian Military has been preparing itself for this type of situation for over thirty years.
Now is the time to stand up and speak against this action. Netanyahu is nuts. He will be another Hitler sacrificing many innocent Jewish blood. And of course a lot of innocent Iranian blood will be shed.
I know that my government is also a nutcase! Many of the soldiers have been brainwashed in to believing the Paradise BS and are willing to do anything to be a Martyr.

The Iranian military has been preparing to fight while the Sepah is quietly behind the scenes making preparations for the eventual attack and the government's official surrender. This is all designed to render the military an inconsequential target to be destroyed when necessary.
Your government has, quite frankly, not done a very good job of re-educating the military. If it had, this would not be on the table. This is what has made an attack inevitable.
An offshoot of the Iran-Contra affair is that a deal was struck to place a professional but controlled military in place. This was designed to counter forces in the area when needed. It's primary purpose is not to win wars, but rather to act as a buffer "bleeding" whatever enemy we see fit.
Since the Iranian people have proven to be unstable in this regard, the inevitable outcome will be war.
Of course there will be losses, but in the end it is the Iranian military and its people that will suffer the most.
