Think: organic fruits, veggies, nuts, lean meats (chicken, fish...especially salmon). Things that aren't processed before you eat them. And water to drink. Everything your body needs in a liquid is contained in water. And no calories. Apollo astronauts couldn't have passed through Van Allen's Belt. Van Allen wore suspenders. |

I eat undercooked eggs, like to soak up the yolk with my toast. I eat rare burgers and clams dug up from the polluted waters where I live. My body fights off everything and I guess I am able to fight off the threat by not protecting myself from it! |

Pineal Gland..( pineal gland is referred to our spiritual self in many cultures)is calcified from youth for probably all of the western civilized world.. I tend to agree with the spiritual nature of food. We console our emotions with food. Every occasion dictates the food we eat. Wedding, funerals, baseball games, football games, holidays, good days, bad days, we let our emotional self dictate our bodily needs, I think if we are emotionally healthy it will reflect the foods we eat. Or..... I am wrong..In the end I still think that it is absolutely wrong to mass produce toxic food for the consumer just because it can be produced less expensively. of course if the FDA says its healthy than by God, who am I to judge. live to serve; serve to live. |

I think I could easily drive myself crazy trying to grow vegetables out of a used pallet...indoors. It would be like MR MAgoo flying a rocket-ship. (FOR ME) any gardeners out there worked with a pallet garden? live to serve; serve to live. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24084199 [link to abcnews.go.com] WoW now we need find out where the rice is grown as well!! "The researchers also found geographical distinctions in arsenic levels, with white rice grown in Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Texas, containing higher levels than rice samples from other parts of the country. Those four states account for 76 percent of domestic rice produced...." so that includes RICE cereal for babies? wow..make me feel like a wonderful parent. live to serve; serve to live. |
