I heard a theory years ago saying they thought the entire North American Continent burned. They assumed it was a comet but did not have any proof. Could you imagine this happening today? Could you imagine being a Clovis person and suddenly your entire world is on fire.

That is half the precessional cycle of 26,000 years. This is a very good book that explains all about the cycle and how it affected advanced civilizations long ago. Theory is that a major galactic event happens every 13,000 years and we will be at this milestone come this winter solstice. The author explains that it is the sun, not a comet that destroyed the civilizations. The galactic event triggers the sun. He goes into detail and explains how alchemy can be used to come up with this info on end times.

I believe the world depicted in the book and film, 'The Road', already happened once before.

Such an event would take probably thousands of years to recover from.

Things would be unlearned and evidence of technology would be broken down by time and major earth changes.

This world you see around you will be forgotten and at the very least, become a myth.

Until we figure out a way to live off of Earth...we will either go extinct or be rebooted once again.

My theory has always been that every 13k years we have some "event". Might be nibiru/dogon star/plasma ribbon/planet x/whatever.. There are too many "secret archaeology" items out there, etc. for there NOT to be civilization before the last 20k years. I think another one of those "events" is coming soon... Not talking complete destruction of the world's surface but, just a big planetary shakeup.

If you look on a regular map of North America and Canada and go just north of Maine into the St. Lawrence Bay area you can see a town called Charlottetown, pan out and look at that area closely.

That looks like an old huge meteor impact area and that town sits right on the edge towards the middle of it, the actual middle of the impact zone being in the water off the coast there.

That could be the impact site of the asteroid that killed off the Clovis people and started an ice age, a crater that large would have showered hot debris down in a radius of 500-1000 miles.

It is a pretty big crater, if you know what to look for.

Prince of Wales Island is in the crater the circular waterway that surrounds the island is the edge of the crater right there..it could be the impactor that started the mini ice age or it could be an older impact zone, but i am pretty sure that is an impact crater ..a big one.

Err make that Prince Edward Island not Prince of Wales Island, over by New Brunswick, east and a little south of there.

We can see anything dangerous coming nowadayzzz ... we have the technology to stop crap big enough to do such things from hitting ...

I believe you have discovered a gigantic crater there. Nobody is reporting this to be a giant crater. You should make a big noise about this and copyright your finding and NAME YOUR CRATER. Do it now. Some bit of fame here for you.
