It is more like FED printed them for 10 cents per one 100$ bill. So it is more like 15 million bucks which is the real value of that money. But yeah, in the end it gives 1,5 billion of worth of paper but takes the rest out of the mouth of the American people.
So, every donation that goes abroad is multiplied and stolen from US citizens!
Privately owned FED! This are the American masters!
