I have seen it over and over again, in full screen, zoomed in, and I cant find anything indicating this to be fake. Its a very interesting piece of footage - SPECIALLY if it really is from 1983 as claimed, that would really rule out 99% of all hoax possibilities considering the vast amounts of resources a person would need to have back then to pull something like this off without computers and photoshop
