I think he is simply trying to send the American poeple a message that the only way Washington can change is through a revolution by the people "from the outside". He perhaps had intentions of changing Washington from the inside but soon realized that he was nothing more than a pawn who had to tow the line.

It's not just Washington, it's the entire world. And we don't have to do it 1776 style. That will never ever work.

And yes they put fluoride in the water. And then there's the chemtrails.
