They've been threatening to tear up the agreement fairly regularly. They could easily be turning a blind eye to what is happening in the Sinai.

It would be the perfect way for them to attack Israel without an official declaration of war ! Exactly, but the question is whether Israel is willing to risk a war by making something of that, because I'm sure they know. Israeli intel is usually good. The Mossad is well known as one of the best intelligence agencies in the world so yes Israel's intel is very good ! But I don't think Israel is gonna do anything big in Sinai, except beef up their forces at the border. I'm more concerned with the massive troop buildup by Iran in Lebanon alongside Hezbollah ! Israel might be forced to attack Lebanon soon if Iran keeps sending weapons and troops there !
