Possible reasons for this
1- The most GLPish reason
There's an expected escalation in ME in the coming days. Israel-Iran conflict etc.
2- He aimed to speak about the latest incidents and islamic protest, provocative film, cartoon, peacefull islam etc. Maybe he is not allowed to speak about this or there's a disagreement about the context.
3- Health reasons
