Fireball Over UK & Ireland

a few minutes back, i was sitting in me car and suddenly saw a VERY large, slow moving, GREEN disc fly over this town just outside of Bradford UK. i jumped out of me car and tried to take a photo but it went behind too many buildings... it's velocity appeared to be about the same as a jet on approach.. but was headed approx from the SE to the NW... several city blocks in diameter at its longest. Elliptical in shape and No sound... Too slow for any meteor, Very exciting to see. Not headed in direction of any airport.... again... a luminous-Green colour. Very Large... This is NOT a Joke.

It was one of those strange moments. Like the first time you are in an earthquake and it takes you a few seconds to comprehend what is happening.

Initially for a brief few moments i was worried it was a burning aircraft falling out of the sky or a ballistic missile that had been shot down, but then i realized what it was.

15 seconds in you can see when they shoot it down

IT WAS HUGE, OVER WEST BRADFORD.... and very low altitude here... a few thousand feet and most.... totally silent, ONE large green disk... several city blocks in size definitely.

It wasnt a big green disc you pleb. It was just space rocks breaking up.

Meteoroids speed is up to 11 - 72 km (7 to 45 miles) per second.

I'm curious, this thing seems to be moving relatively slow? Or it's in very high altitude obviously so it just looks like it.

The fastest figher jets as far as I know can go up to some 1.8 km per second???

So either the reports about fighters actually FOLLOWING it are bullshit or this thing wasn't a meteor at all.

Or someone has ridiculously fast jets we don't know about

This was seen over hundreds of miles, it was not a few thousand feet up more like 60 miles.

There are several meteors every year just like this, it was probably the size of a fridge.

any one checked for falling satellites or techs?

The green object was very large; eliptical; green; apparently slow and low.... in the West Yorks area.
