this (below) photo was done with a telescopic rig, which
means that someone had to know the thing was coming
in order to have all his equipment set up and
ready to grab the shot. this means it was almost
certainly scheduled space craft debris:

all of this gives a very strong indication that the event
was space junk that they know was coming in and they
we ready to track it.
