I think I am about halfway through and I wonder if it is a joke?

For me this article describes it as so bad it makes me laugh, I suppose another person might cry. This is well beyond a comedy of errors it is beyond any disaster I know of.

I just saw a video that told of the atomic bomb in the Savannah River that has been there since 1958 and they can't find it. It is my new place to beach. It is the closest one. It's not like it exploded......................
