will someone please tell me how everyone saw the same thing over a lake in Central New York - enuf to scramble fire and rescue - and the same thing was seen in England thousands of miles away??? Or the reports coming in from other areas, Maine, NH, Mass. Canada??

I'm in Ohio and it's raining where I am, so I can't see "zip". Wouldn't ya know it !!!

No one has mentioned the fact that there has been a great number of UFO sitings in the past few weeks. Isn't it possible that the US or the UK Air Force (or some other military group) has managed to shoot down one of these "UFO's" and they are seeing a flame-out from a substantial altitude - far above the atmosphere, and then watch as the craft splits apart and large chunks of it fall into the atmosphere and perhaps even make it to earth?
