The cloning can be clearly seen. It's like they went and took a soft selection around some things, lifted them up to a new layer and shifted them to another area. Sometimes they lighten or darken the cloned bits. Sometimes they even warp or distort them a little bit.

I mean... who would give these image manipulators a job? If the idea was to cover up certain things they would do a better job. Anybody with any knowledge of photoshop at all would hide it better.
