Having trolled this guy on stickam multiple times, I can say your assessment is quite accurate. He also likes to crossdress. I'd say he's a case of some random nutball on youtube/stickam who got selected to be an actor. When I had talked to him he wasn't doing any type of conspiracy stuff and this was only about 3-4 years ago.
