He's already made 47% of Americans hate him. Funny enough this same half of the electorate that he claims will vote for Obama are also jobless and/or watching their pensions fade away and it's very unlikely these people will vote for Obama either. Now that Romney has succeeded in insulting them, it's highly unlikely they are gonna vote for him also. So half of the nation are gonna end up not interested in the election process. Like hundreds of ants scurrying all over the place after the mound gets disturbed. Think back to a mere 4 years ago, how we (America) were divided in two, right down the middle, Red and Blue. The media took that imagined divide and ran with it for the entire election, then after the election they decided to continue using it as a way to further bolster their ratings, since broadcasting was dead and we now had narrowcasting to specific market segments, they figured why not make those specific segments even larger! Well, now here we are, 4 years later and the nation is still divided. However, much worse than the supposed 50/50 split that we apparently enjoyed then... Now, we are truly ripped apart. Red/Blue, Rich/poor, entitled/deserved, Man/Woman.. it goes on and on. It's chaos, only slowed down to imperceptible levels. Sadly, we won't see the wall til we hit it. |
