I'm tired of people putting down people on food stamps

My parents were also poor (through no fault of their own, trust me), and they never got a dime from 'welfare', ever (not even foodstamps); but they would never be so cold as to deny help to, or resent others in need.

Trust me, we don't deny help to anyone. They have a church now and they have a food and clothes closet. Just got a new load today to send out to people in need. We have people coming in to get clothes and food all the time. I dont have one problem with helping someone out. I dont like what I work for just taken from me to be given to someone who doesn't want to try and help themselves.

i have a 14 year old son who has been talking about working in the summer too..so there....just like you said, its tough for a lot of people...i work too...

if some of you had to do a hard days work or any manual labor it would fucking kill your sorry asses

Except most of the uneducated leeches don't pay taxes, or contribute to society in any way whatsoever. Have you ever lived in a shitty area? I grew up in one. 90% of the people are complete wastes of life. They literally throw garbage onto their yard, and pride themselves on being poor and trashy. Makes me sick thinking about it.

I have relatives like that. My older cousin(older by like 15 years), has three kids with three different dads. Never worked a day in her life, and pretends that she is unable to work even though she is perfectly fine besides being a little overweight. Lives with her her parents(my aunt and uncle), and collects welfare and food stamps. Pathetic. She is nice and everything, but it's always in the back of my mind when I'm talking with her.

Ummm No! I have something called a JOB. I get paid money for something I do called work. I earn it, nobody gives it to me. In fact I Ben pay taxes which fund the government, so any.services I may receive are paid by me.

OP you right, we should help people out. I dont have one problem helping someone in need. I have a problem when I have what I work for forcefully taken from me and given to who knows who. You need to remember that the more that is taken from me, the less for my family.

Two months ago, we had some money saved up. I had just lost my job and my wives uncle had lost his. They were in more of a need than we were. So we took a good bit of the money and gave it to him and his wife. Again, we should help people out, but not by it being taken from me.

Lol. I did manual labor from 18-24 and I wasn't on fucking food stamps. Got paid only 15 bucks an hour for two years. Was a fair wage for the brainless work that I did. If you want more money you'll have to actually show some initiative, instead of crying for the government to feed your fat ass. I paid my way through school with the little amount of money I was saving because I knew that I needed to work towards a better standard of living. It's called not being lazy and having some ambition.

bullshit people had ration stamps. everyone has them. there were soup kitchens. some people eveb stole food for their familes. you know nothing.

most of those jobs are long gone and what few are left are not enough. things were diffewnrt and our populations were smaller 20-40 years ago.

Morgan Spurlock, the guy who made "super size me", did a short lived series. One episode showed him and his wife living on min wage for 30 days. Started with nothing exept a weeks pay each, comparable to what min wage paid. Some people have no idea what the poor go through.

Now imagine what she would feel like just to try and cash in her $18.00 a month food stamps for food to keep her from starving. They should say and they will get your little dog to because they put the marker under its skin so some one will find it when it gets lost and bring it back to its hell home and keeper..

And the old women gets sick and not able to remember her medications one form another and crawls down into a cistern and drowns her self.....who knows where she thought she was when she was found way to late.

But they said she went to hell for committing suicide and I am like well so what the ones who helped her already by others opinions sent her to hell before she died..

But truly it was the government that fed that poor woman and actually had care sent to her but she wandered in a acute time not foreseen yet I have to say the food stamp office gave to her and helped her when her own people did not..The very ones who are to help only helped to hurt her mind and heart and scare her and degraded her further.

It can always get worse we just try not to tell our selves that.

But yes it is a reality of hard facts it can always get worse so long as anything still exists.

But why make it worse.....we can not run this system we can only try to endure it.

It pays to when looking out for your self and others to look for that which is very very undesirable in effects even though it is not as of yet...but as though it could be.....this is a perverted way to most to look for that which is evil and unwanted so they do not see it off from them because they do not want it or desire it they even fear it so they will not turn their face to face it....they just turn their backs as though it will not ever be and never see it coming for them or in their way they go.


In other words to look ahead in a narrow view only looking for that which is good for you........Dumbs our brains down and blinds us from seeing the evil that lays ahead of the paths our feet are treading down or in the way so to say....We have to consider all through the lens of what is best for not just our selves but others as well.Because what is getting them may be the evil we are in our own selves but not done in yet from it not seized in a trap a pit by it yet.

Because it is how we saw the way for others and how we effected the way for others that we our selves will be judged for in the end. If what we are doing is going to hurt or harm those not guilty of anything we are in big trouble. If we lay open wide the area for the devil to have its hay day upon others we are the keeper that gave the way to the devil to play...basically how we gave way we saw it as and for others to give to them as their way was and is rendered back unto us because we were making it and it is placed and takes its effects on all and any even the ones who made it...it just is not their time and stage to fall into it yet.

Lord knows many many suffer daily and He pets us when no one else does. In some of the most unexpected or even seen ways.

But it does require us to feel and see a petting or it would be as though it was not at all or ever.

We just have to change our ways at some point in time but make sure you are doing it for good and not bad.

It is up to us to work around and out side the barriers and obstacles....make a happy place or a content place even in a heap of ashes...it does not help to cure an ill when they thing or way that gives or causes the ill is not see or understood as the giver of the ill....we are then just cured to ill our selves again over and over and over never freed completely....by curing the ill we continue our cycle over and over and over never ending.

We heal and cure rot in that heap with a mind that says I saw happiness I know what happiness is but happiness will never cure my contention of soul....so happiness is just an emotion a flowing thing that starts and stops and contention was there always even when happiness stops...just like love......whats love of mans own natural mind to anything but a flow of emotion it has no sound anchor at all for it is not anything of its own self.

love is not as man perceives love because there is a peace that passes understanding and that is where love abides. It is content in any state even when it sees much evil all around it.

It just sees it out side its self and this frees its mind to remain sound and balanced in its own judgments and discerning of what all it perceives its own self... as that which is not its own nor does it receive it. It just keeps its gates locked and leaves it out side the gates.....and does as it does and sees as it sees and not as a sponge soaking up what all is around it into and unto its own self.

Social programs are needed but shouldn't be permanent for the person that is receiving them unless you are disabled or have some sort of mental illness of course and should be used as a hand up not a hand out. Many people don't understand this and abuse the program for people who really need it.

as long as someone does not use the system for a free ride than I am totally convinced that everyone here agrees to help the truly needy.

if you feel that people who look for a job with nose-rings, smelly and purple hair, torn and dirty clothes should be accepted by everyone as needy, because no one wants to employ them, than I agree to exclude them from aid, as they bring the problems on themselfes.
