I am not sure but this afternoon felt sleepy, like I didn't sleep at all, but more of a old man winkle type of sleepy, no energy, went and laid down, yet don't remember falling asleep, looked at the clock an hour and an half had just went by. Trying to do some work at home, since I work at home for one of my jobs, yet can't seem to get the energy or more like feel like it won't matter anymore, like it doesn't matter, that work is no longer important if that sounds crazy. I feel calm, yet have this incredible zapped energy feeling. Right now all I know is that it's most important to stay close to the divine spark within you. To stay focused on the connection, love, kindness, compassion good feelings and not to watch or bare witness to violent or secular media.
