TIME(TRAVEL) as a function of ELECTRO-MAGNETIC manifestation ?

IMO time is a function of space/matter and vice versa, totally interdependent.
I believe space/matter may also be defined as a function of electro-magnetic manifestation and so if one is able to manipulate electro-magnetic fields, one will somehow also be able to manipulate time.
As in the case of the Philadelphia Experiment, assuming it really happened, whereby an intense e.m. field was generated through huge valve-operated transformers placed on the destroyer "Eldridge" based in the naval port of Philadelphia in 1943 and as such was transported geographically and timewise with dire consequences for some of the onboard crew.
This story was turned into a S.F. movie, in the eighties, called "The Philadelphia Experiment", following the original story quite faithfully and is very hard to get hold of as a dvd, I noticed.

I imagine physical timetravel into the past is "easier" as the e.m. reality gridstructure is "fixed", whereas the future reality gridstructure maybe somewhat more fluid I imagine, due among others to the influence of free will within creative mankind.

So have people actually physically timetravelled into the past ?
Possibly, but their presence and influence would still be part of our collective past and their assumed timetravels would have also modified their future, that is our present time as we know it.
As for parallel worlds, they might be like quantum split-offs of our reality, but also interdependent and thus mutually influencing our various realities !
Some time ago I posted a story concerning a supposedly steady and peculiar e.m. vortex cloud over the South Pole, possibly due to polar magnetic compression and whereby american scientists launched a rocket with inbuild calender-clock into this cloud and apparently it travelled into the past, into the sixties according to the calender-clock, before returning to the present period.
Assuming ofcourse this strange story has some basis in fact, there might be something like natural time portals on Earth.
And a friend of mine has travelled back into the past spontaneously, whilst cycling in the countryside, into the 18th century, actually interfacing with people working in the fields from that period, in the way of greeting one another and observing farms no longer existing in the present, before returning to the present time.
And last but not least, there is that famous, if true example of the two english schoolteachers, visiting the gardens of the Versailles Estate near Paris (Tuilleries?), in the early 20th century.
As they were strolling through the gardens, the e.m. conditions suddenly changed and the atmosphere became stifled, lifeless and charged, like before a heavy thunderstorm and they found themselves back in the 18th century, first encountering a strangely clad gardener, who directed them elsewhere and then they saw the french queen Marie-Antoinette busy in her model farm and she was vaguely aware of the future schoolteachers, who thereafter crossed some bridge, no longer existing in the 20th century, before actually returning to their present time, amazing ! I still have the book, in which this story is related.
Even in the case of genuine cropcircles in the UK, a time experiment was held, back in the nineties?, in which two identical digital clocks and identical time indication were placed in and out of the cropcircle and after a period, the clock within the circle showed a somewhat different time than the other one, indicating an altered time/space continuum, due to an induced e.m. deviation within the cropcircle !
