I've heard him speak on this subject many times, he seems honest and quite intelligent. I was just listening to him on American truth frequency a radio program, he was discussing haarp and also SAG(chemtrails) and was linking it to tavistalkians and the higher ups within the CFR. These people at the top of societies are complete psychopaths.

But after reading what the guy in your link said about Nick Begich, makes want to watch it even more.

Worth a look to those who have yet to see it. There is a lot of HAARP talk on GLP; and this serves as a good foundation.

HAARP is what you might call a red herring.

Everything connected with the conspiracy has been a fraud. The site that 'monitors' HAARP, this, all bullshit. Too bad I can't say this without fear of being a 'shill' for not agreeing with the standardized view of GLP. I happen to know a little bit about this tech and its not capable of what people claim it is.

Don't get me wrong, weather modification is very real but its not HAARP. There is no need for brainwashing/influencing your minds beyond TV and peer pressure, so again, not HAARP. The funding is going away for it anyway.

The irony of being called a shill for not agreeing with the main doom theories/conspiracies online is that its the same operating procedure TPTB use. Put out a message, unsubstantiated or not, popularize it through key people, get most everyone on the same page, and those not on the same page are ridiculed until they eventually see it the 'correct' way. HAARP is a good example of this.

Yes. The frequencies HAARP emits are measurable. These frequencies do not affect the troposphere or stratosphere, only the ionosphere. The ionosphere doesn't affect the weather we actually get to see. The Eastlund HAARP patent cited by people who pursue this theory was theoretical and about 1,000,000x the power of HAARP. HAARP is very weak. HAARP needs about 999,998,980 more antennas to modulate weather in the observable atmosphere.

Begich has a mail order degree in traditional medicine. He is not qualified to speak about HAARP.

Having excellent supporting evidence is really irrelevant; if you aren't wearing a tinfoil-hat and making wild, unverifiable claims while presenting your evidence, they won't accept your evidence.

I don't doubt your information; I would just rather read it from a researched source.

Yeah you are full of it. The same website, on the same page you posted the author basically makes a retraction and says this: "After hearing the way he described his work and his outlook, I realized that without a doubt my comments above were unwarranted and inaccurate in terms of who Begich is and what he is about."

i love how unless you go to a state school you're not qualified. Read some fucking books and you'll be more qualified than most of the 'experts' out there. Officialdom is a weak way of thinking.

There are a few fraud sites banking on HAARP bullshit.
www.haarpstatus.com is a fake, manufactured site made to create advertising revenue.

There are official sites that actually DO monitor what the HAARP equipment in Alaska is doing. One of them is www.haarp.alaska.edu and actually shows real information.

Now, as to whether HAARP can influence our weather... well, the US gov has already claimed to be able to do so, or at least to be well on the way. There have been undeniable links between the activity displayed on the (REAL HAARP website's) Induction Magnetometer and the VHF Classic Riometer is an excellent tool to guage solar penetration.

But to say that HAARP is a myth, and that the equipment sits idle, is absolutely ridiculous. We can, and do, debate HAARP's role in all this, along with correlations to other technologies used in tandem and what earth events match up with the patterns. There are many ways in which you could theoretically extend the range and effectiveness of HAARP's signal, such as blanketing parts of the atmosphere in a layer of heavy metals... sound familiar?
