Now, as to whether HAARP can influence our weather... well, the US gov has already claimed to be able to do so, or at least to be well on the way. There have been undeniable links between the activity displayed on the (REAL HAARP website's) Induction Magnetometer and the VHF Classic Riometer is an excellent tool to guage solar penetration. But to say that HAARP is a myth, and that the equipment sits idle, is absolutely ridiculous. We can, and do, debate HAARP's role in all this, along with correlations to other technologies used in tandem and what earth events match up with the patterns. There are many ways in which you could theoretically extend the range and effectiveness of HAARP's signal, such as blanketing parts of the atmosphere in a layer of heavy metals... sound familiar? Once again there is not enough transmitting power to do anything like what is claimed for HAARP It does not matter what you may introduce into the "atmosphere" And once again the entire project was built to heat sections of the ionosphere which is an area pretty well isolated from even the highest weather effecting zones of the atmosphere. |
