Perhaps, I'm not sure. I thought HAARP was more of a slower sustained thing, and this is just one quick, but large burst.

It looks like it happened on the 21st the first time, and was a huge burst of something. And if you look at it repeating, you can see it's forming up again right now. Wow, it's definitely worth keeping an eye on to see if anything odd happens on our East Coast.

Supposedly there was another glitch concerning a massively high proton count caught by a Russian agency. I wonder if it happened at the same time.

It doesn't originate off Africa. It starts in the mid-Atlantic and moves Northeast, THEN a correlating streak starts off Africa to join it, but it never forms a continuous streak.

Starts at 34-35 second mark.

there is a lot of radar manipulation going on really a lot this could properly be real. the way to find out is to check if it appear from another source (sattelite) if its on both its very real and i would guess that 99% it is

i don't know what it is but i tell you a LOT of radar shit is going on with the weather from Scandinavia to all over the U.S from small stations to big ones they are messing up with their radars big time.. some are like spikes jolting trough some are more like spheres.. and then there are the stuff that you have found sometimes big ones like that appear also
