Remember Tuesday is options expiry on the October Gold/Silver contracts.
They are trying to keep people from buying on the selloff that they create. (Take down coming?) Also from taking possession of the physical gold from these options contracts.

Huge week for option and other trading events. Also remember its the end of the 3rd quarter.
