mdma is an excellent drug, either among good company, or alone in nature. it's an entactogen, it makes people empathic. which is a good thing, in my opinion.

what we'll see on british tv is a guy with a big bright smile on, telling everyone how happy he is, asking them all if they're having as much fun as well, and brushing the hair back behind his ears for about 4 hours.

he may get nauseous, but if he dances around for a few minutes he'll be fine. the action of it causes the admixture in your stomach to calm and the nausea passes.

Come to think of it, as the world seems to be moving in the direction of War, a better experiment would be to get all those religious fanatics around the world, all those haters and vile humans everywhere to take Ecstasy and enjoy for a fleeting moment the feeling of love, oneness and the joy of hugging. I see it as a kick-start, a little nudge to say, we don't have to hate one another, a little bit of Ecstasy please.

Best time I've ever had in my life was a rolling at rave in 1994. I just walked around these little groups of people, sitting indian style, talking to each other. A few hundred people at least in a warehouse. I would sit down with a group and talk for a while, then hug everyone and go to a different group. It was pretty epic.

I agree, the feeling of Empathy is certainly something every one should experience. Taking Ecstasy allows you to connect with others in a way that no other drug does. It certainly needs to be tested to see how it can benefit individuals with certain mental traumas.

An article from July 20, 2010 says the street drug known as ecstasy may play a role in treating severe posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) when used in conjunction with intensive therapy in a very controlled setting, according to preliminary new research in the Journal of Psychopharmacology.

When used in this manner, MDMA, also known as ecstasy, was so effective that 80% of participants had resolution of their PTSD symptoms after the end of the trial.

Those were the days. I first did Ecstasy back in 1990 when it was all underground. It was £20 for a pill. Great memories of watching The Prodigy do their first album at 4 in the morning in a field with 25,000 all on the same ecstasy buzz. Quality!

anything in excess is dangerous. MDMA is no different. IT's also not as addictive as CRACK cocaine like the media tried to push back 12 years ago. In fact it's hardly addictive at all. I knew many people who did the stuff in my raving days, who are successful people now. Not all but most. The worst was when Heroin got big for a while and other drugs, some of those kids are no longer around.

It's always been my drug of choice. Pure bliss.

Yeah the music is incredible. You're brain slows down so you hear the underlying mixed in music. I was a rock and roll guy for most of my life but I learned to love techno, house, trance... after taking Ecstasy.
