Cosmic rays are high energy particles from outer space.

About 1000 cosmic rays per second strike each square meter area of Earth's atmosphere.

Cosmic rays are produced in our Galaxy by supernova explosions and by objects such as neutron stars and black holes. Cosmic rays are also produced by the Sun during violent events called coronal mass ejections.

About 90 % of Galactic cosmic rays are protons, 9 % are helium nuclei, and the rest are nuclei of heavier atoms.

When the primary cosmic ray strikes an atom in Earth's atmosphere, the collision may produce one or more new energetic particles called "secondary" cosmic rays. These secondary particles strike other atmospheric atoms producing still more secondary cosmic rays. The whole process is called an atmospheric cascade. If the primary cosmic ray has enough energy -- greater than 500 million electron volts -- the nuclear byproducts of the cascade can reach Earth's surface.

Emissions of matter and electromagnetic fields from the Sun increase during high solar activity, making it harder for Galactic cosmic rays to reach Earth. Cosmic ray intensity is lower when solar activity is high.

Solar activity is currently low, and the cosmic ray intensity is high. Very high due to the simple fact that this solar minimum has been prolonged and now that the new Solar Max is gonna be 65% less that the norm we are in for some interesting times. The more energy the sun gives us the less chances of these cosmic rays have of being ground enhancing. The less energy the sun gives then the opposite occurs.

The American Meteor Society has nearly 60 reports of a bright meteor that occurred near 20:30 (8:30pm EDT) on Friday September 21, 2012 over southeastern Canada and northeastern USA. Brightness estimates of this fireball vary considerably, but the average lies near magnitude -11, which is slightly inferior to the light produced by the full moon.. Every color of the rainbow has been reported with green and blue being the most predominant. Individual reports may be viewed in the 2012 AMS Fireball Table Refer to event #1375 for 2012.

I saw that today when I was 'searching',crazy and amazing time to be alive old buddy!

Due to the simple fact that our sun's current solar minimum cycle has been prolonged and the new solar max cycle is going to be 65% less intense than it should be. Interesting times indeed. Evolution is about to go into warp drive. Remember we are in an Oort cloud that can super charge these Gravitational waves.

This all looks pretty interesting and it does tie in with the Atlantic Anomoly quite nicely doesn't it.

Ground Level enhancing Cosmic rays levels drop during high sun activities. CME's, Flares etc... So Solar max cycles actually protect us from these deadly Cosmic Rays.

Seems only natural for some of us that these events are coming into their predicted cycle. We're ramping up and the world needs something massive to happen to right itself, we're in a downward spiral and the people of this planet have lost all sense of themselves, time for a new paradigm.
