I have just asked my ET contacts Hagel and Valugua about this, and they both told me that this huge spike in cosmic rays were a result of our heliosphere of our Sun compressing and falling back inwards for up to 80-90 AUs away from the Sun(normally its 113 AUs away from Sun) due to the impact with the denser areas of the plasma cloud that has impacted with the heliosphere a week ago, and this has caused more cosmic rays to flood into our solar system. They also told me that a "gravitational pulse wave" caused by that impact will reach Earth today or tommorow, around 24-48 hours from now, and when it arrives on Earth, it will trigger huge ripples across Earth's crust, triggering large plate movements at plate boundaries and fault lines, resulting in huge quakes above Mag 8 at many major fault lines, told both of them to me.
