Run far far away from the pain clinic. See a nutritionist/chiropractor. The good ones are usually found in what are called "wellness clinics" Your spine will get adjusted and you will learn stretches which will slowly take the pain away. Good luck friend.  Thank you Problem with getting a Chiropractor is, they don't do it on the NHS here, I can only go private and it ain't cheap.. Not working and living on benefits you are only limited on what you can do...however, I may be coming into some money soon so will at think about getting a Chiropractor as and when that happens...
