I've got a horrible earache right now, severe pain..I mean severe.
Anyone have any quick home remedies or suggestions to relieve the pain? Plain old heat maybe?
I've read a couple of older threads but I seem to be missing or am out of a couple of things suggested..oil of oregano I don't have, I don't really want to put piss in my ear and I'm not sure of anything else that's safe to stick in there.
I have about 3 hours of making breakfast, packing lunches and getting kids ready for school so the vicodin I have is out of the question til they're gone, so I need a little help to get me by for a few hours, if you'd all be so kind as to recommend something that has worked for you and isn't to complicated I'd appreciate it. I'm not lazy..just not keen on moving around much right now, hurts too much.

I got this info from a nurse, who gives this to people with savage migraines in ER when they don't want to take hardcore pain meds. You have an infection. Keep taking the turmeric 2-3 times a day - it will work.
