It's my understanding that the company that bought Diebold also computes the final tally of votes for each state.

I believe this Spanish company is owned/controlled by George Soros.

I was going to add that this method of counting has been prevalent in the Democratic Party for centuries. If they couldn't get to the vote boxes, a $20 bill and a crack rock worked wonders in parts of Alabama for at least the last 20 years or so.*
