wow that sucks OP surely its got to have a fault?

Hi, If the speed is fluctuating drmatically day to day this could indicate a possible line fault. Regards Mark I've heard all the 'possible line fault' spiel before, it was always constant with tiscali before talktalk took over, neighbours on the sameline (different isp) always have constant speeds. We will soon see if it's a line fault when I switch to BT and I will report back here. ps are you really from talktalk customer care? I find it hard to believe you would come on this site??
