FBI to investigate officer shooting double-amputee

I had a double-amputee go ballistic on my SUV a couple of months ago. I had apparently parked for 2 minutes in his beloved parking lot area. The fuck did $2100 damage to my car and $2500 damage to the car next to me as he tried to bulldoze his wheelchair between our two vehicles.

I called police on the asshat.

They looked at me and rolled their eyes... I was left with a $2100 bill and the fuck has no wheelchair insurance.

The officer did the only logical thing to defend himself.

Again, need to know more before making a call on this one. On it's face -- have a hard time believing a trained cop would get himself into a 'trapped' situation to begin with -- or would have a problem taking pen or two if that was required to subdue the wheelchair bound guy instead of kill him.

But... there may be a reasonable explanation and given that I am from Houston, I want to know what that might be.

LOL, there is no way you can justify this. Pepper spray, tazers, pushing him on his side, wheeling him away, removing the pen from him, calling medical professionals to get him medicated would all have been great options.
But cops want to murder everything that won't grovel before them.

just an investigation. we have them all the time in uk. nothing happens they just say, it was an accident or justified.
