I actually thought they were just smoke rings from a round barrel type contraption, or they are faked, but they do have more than a casual similarity...

I am not sure it is a portal, as nothing goes in or out of it? But maybe a ufo could cause that effect?

terence mckenna talked of the ufo being the externalization of the soul, the soul exterized as an craft to travel dimentionally. the small circle is the idividual, the consious indvidual. the large circle represents the majority of our universe, the void. the void is with near infinite energy, so the large cricle is both the users unconiousness, and the energy to propell it. it could be where the "engine" if you will, is located. these two concepts in unity create a shell, consiousness using unconsiousnes warping both space and time around them, and "under"them. slipping between 3-d reality itself.

Could that be the eye... the eye atop the pyramid? Was that a Truman moment captured on film, as the fabric of perceived reality ripped open via the portal and there appears the all seeing eye? Is that why the eye is revered in so many societies?

However, in the presented video, the anomalies are not outwardly projections of the sub-conscious levels manifesting themselves in the form of an eyeball.

There is more going on here...
