It definitely is. Before I saw that comment I was thinking the story was way too far fetched anyway. There's no way he would have a shrine to himself in there or constantly talk about how sane he is and how he did it, but the thing that made me not trust her the most was when she said he called his dad and just talked about getting money on his books and kept saying don't worry I'm going to get out of here. I've read things by his former roommates who say he rarely talked to his parents and didn't like going home. That doesn't sound like someone who is going to call and be reassuring and ask for money. If he was perfectly sane I'm sure there would be pictures of him where he didn't look like a potato.

I totally agree with what you're saying. I have no idea what kind of bullshit is going on in Aurora , Colorado but it's sure bizarre. Without even getting into conspiracy theories....from MSM perspective this should be a clean cut case closed. Why in the world someone would think they need more evidence to convict a supposed killer sitting in his car with full gear, weapons and supposedly admitting his apartment is rigged ...is beyond me. Just goofy ass shit man! Is everything just RETARDED THESE DAYS?

I really can't believe there hasn't been more outcry about the media and this story. Yes, everything is retarded it seems.

Sometimes in holding or medical its possible. Been there before.

Actually, I spend a lot of time in a detention facility as part of my job, and have learned that it is not out of the ordinary for the medical facilities to have both genders present. The inmates are only allowed out of their cells 1 at a time, so there is never any direct interaction, but there are occasions where females will come in brief visual contact with males through windows, so her story does not sound at all out of the ordinary, save for the fact that it is coming from FOX ;D

They most certainly do- many County jails have separate "wings" in the same building.
That said, its a bunch of shit for many other reasons- Such as the "checkers" (does not happen) and the fact he was able to talk with them- Th echo alone inside those places would make it very hard to communicate with someone in solitary or even in a cell across the hall.

The "Shrine" is believable. Richard Ramarez (spelling?) the Night Stalker did have a shrine of sorts since he was allowed access to the murder photos as they were pertinent to his defense- He would do some foul shit with the photos (plenty of boks give details) and do things to make the guards sick.

Anyhow, I have done a little time for non violent drug crimes a couple times and I have been housed in County jails where there were both men and women (again, same building different block)and we even rode with members of the opposite sex as we were being bussed from the city jails to county.

You stand wrong on one count since men and Women are routinley housed in a common County jail... As far as this case being fabricated, I too agree. I also agree this is a bullshit story but not because Women cannot be in a county jail with men (its very common and a google search will show you)

Some of you guys (I think) are confusing Prison and Jail- In Prison (which Holmes will not be in until convicted and sentenced) they are Separate facilities in most cases (even some Prisons have male and Female as shown in some episodes of "Lock Up") but almost all jails are unisex and seperated only by Blocks with a common medical facility.

Who really cares. I didn't even know he existed until you told me so. You jealous or something? Wanna be his prison bitch maybe?

Well, considering he is the main suspect in the biggest mass shooting in United States History , I would assume most of us know who he is and care about this case in one way or another.

Some care because they think he is guilty and should be killed without even a trial.

Some care because they think it was a staged event and he is a mind controlled patsy.

Some care because they think this is a "fake" (i.e. not even james holmes but an actor)

Some (like me) care because we are trying to piece together what happened because they feel something isnt right (just not sure what)

yes some do. But the females will never see another male, unless in video court, and on different sides of the room. The only time men aare near women is if the men are working duty. I was in a jail for a time, i'm not an expert but just from what i saw and have read.

they may be in the same building. But they won't be sharing the same bungalow. Separated by a corridor. Otherwise you would have men harassing the women in their cells while the men are on free time, and women are in cells. They don't work that way.

yes they may be in the same JAIL, but not in the same unit. i.e building 1 will have men...maybe building 3 will have women.

It's not really "karma", since if he wasn't crazy, he wouldn't have killed anyone in the first place, but in any case, it's certainly not like he'll ever have a good life again.

and him have dominoes, and a few other "luxury" items only means he got them from the commissary. Though i always though in solitary you can't buy from the commissary. Hes dad prolly wired him doh into his jail account. But it doesn't sound like he is in true solitary, or the HOLE. He is just alone in a cell instead of sharing it with bunkies. So he probably has access to commissary.
